Was very happy with the service 💯👍

Should state it more clearly that it’s inside the hostel but that’s not as big of an issue as security. When I came in and said I have signed up to leave a bag I was just shown to the room where the bags were kept no questions asked, and when I came to pick it up the registration person just said “sure go on it’s unlocked”. So I gave it a normal rating cause I did get to keep my bag and got it back, but honestly anyone off the street could have done the same thing with anyone’s bags, there’s essentially no security.

The suitcases are not labeled, they just open the door and tell you to leave them, without the security that someone else will come in and take your things.

Avoid waiting times if possible (appointment), safety (staff should accompany you and open/close the room)

Simple drop off and pick up. We had to extend the time which was pretty easy on the Bounce App. Would use them again.

When I came to drop off my bag I wasn't given a tag or anything to link me to my bag, and then when I came to collect it I was just allowed into the room no questions asked! When I mentioned this to staff they said "oh it's fine, we've got cameras" but I had some valuable items in my bag that would have been very difficult to replace and by the looks of things anyone could just walk in and take what they wanted!
