Handy for shepherds bush empire, which doesn't take bags in the cloakroom.

Lack of a lift made it a bit hard to get larger bags up and down with all the stairs, but all good besides that

My bag was stored in an unlocked room I saw staff frequently walking in and out of. It would have been very easy for anyone to walk round and go in and take items, it didn’t feel secure. My things were ok but I was worried.

Went to an event at the O2 Empire - was straight in and straight out! Perfect for a concert with a great location and opening times too.

Really useful drop off for bags if you’re attending something at Shepherds Bush Empire. Efficient check in and out, and no issues when you’re in the queue at the venue.

Lovely staff and convenient location

No brainer, great location across from Shephards Bush Station. They laughed at my dumb jokes

I was dubious about leaving photography gear with them , it’s a sports bar next door to the Inn. They were great and when I said it was worth a few grand they said they’d put it in their office , not a room off the main bar area. Nothing went missing so didn’t need to worry. Dropped off at 6pm picked up at 22:45 . No trouble at all . Thanks so much !
