Location was great for Waterloo station! Staff were friendly. I was initially a bit worried as the bag was just left there in the shop and there wasn't any 'proof' or anything recorded which bag was mine, but it was all there when I got back

Just felt a little insecure, nobody really checked or labelled any bags

Great for leaving a bag without valuables. It’s in an open space which I didn’t mind and they are keeping an eye on it, but it’s not in a locked room.

Although our luggage was kept somewhat in the open, the staff were friendly and it was the closest to waterloo.

Went in there quickly and got my stuff quickly and it was very secure and my stuff were untouched

Convenient location. No trouble checking in, cases just left at the back of the barber’s shop. When I returned to collect, door was open but no one there. I just took my case and left, but anyone could have taken mine and all the others! Zero security at that particular time.

Really happy with the luggage service but caught my hand painfully trying to shut the door on exit...bit of a health hazard.

Bags were just left on the sofa in the barber shop. Was not secure. Staff were not that friendly and were very vague when asked around pick up etc

-Our bags were in view which worried me a but. The store picked up on this and reassured us. +They were open till 6 which wasn't that late/earlier pick up then i thought but in fact remained open later then 6pm which was good.
