The storage is in another location different from the one advertised - it is hidden in a back street while the listing shows it opposite side of Liverpool street station - this unfair and annoying

Advertised as 206-210 bishopsgate, turn out you need to deposit to a different location (~5 min away) felt like a victim of false advertisement, when eventually found the shop, had no problem, still not the address indicated upon booking

The advertised position is not the correct one. It’s quite further away from the station than advertised, the name doesn’t match, overall very difficult to find

The kiosk itself is too small for luggage, so we had to walk to another shop. Only 5 minutes away, but the location on Bounce is misleading.

The address says it is right outside of the station, but it was not. There are no signs advertising for ‘bounce.’ There was one small sign on the first location that says luggage storage. Otherwise, no way to know it’s the place.

A picture or something would be nice to know we're to drop the bag. People are very friendly though. I needed to go to a other place to fetch it. Anyhow the people there were friendly too

Good service, the only strange thing is that I had to leave my backpacks in another location and they told me to look for them later at this place

Great service and friendly managers. The only remark to be made is that the location recorded and communicated by the app after booking is not the one where the storage takes place. The location indicated is in fact in front of Liverpool Street Station and sounds really appealing; the actual place is 300 metres further on, which can be a problem in case of very heavy luggage. Other than that, all ok!
