They accepted my SEND MY BAG (transporting luggage between hotels during the trip). I arrived a day early, but they arranged for me to make an additional payment. I am grateful for the kind correspondence I received in advance.

The store address does not show up correctly on Google maps or Bolt or Uber. The bolt driver could not find the store and dropped us at the Tesco next door. When we eventually found the store, the employee asked us to leave the bags in the store since the store owner, who had the keys to the storage room, was not present at that time. He was going to come after 2 hours, until which time they were going to keep the bags in the store with open access to all other customers . We did not feel safe about our bags, but had no other option as we were getting late for our train to Scotland. Even when we called the store in the afternoon, the employee asked to call back at 8:30 in the evening to confirm if the owner moved the bags to the storage room. Luckily, the bags were still there when we went to pick them up.

We had to request that the luggage be placed in a secure location. The convenience store clerk intended to leave it at the back of the store, in an area accessible to anyone who walked in.

If someone hires an Uber to come to your store, they may not find it as your address "527 Staines Road" has a wrong location as per Uber map. I had to terminate my Uber trip and use google maps to reach you. Please take it up with Uber. Try hiring an Uber to reach your store from any place and you will know what I mean.
