The staff member is extremely unkind and rude. I rang the bell, but he told me to push the door in a small voice. Of course, I kept ringing the bell because I couldn't hear it, and he screamed and greeted me in an unflattering manner. I won't give you the worst rating because manager was so kind.

Great location near King's Cross Station, very helpful and friendly guy on reception.

Great location, just a few minutes from St Pancras Station. A bit of advice to other travellers: When you do your booking, do a screenshot of the QR/pin code or ask for the WiFi at the hotel. I had issues with my phone signal, and I saw that other travellers had them, too.

Please book your suitcases with additional time, since the fee is per 24 hours. Be aware that they may charge extra if you are a tiny bit late. Was quite stressful for us due to delays, which I could have avoided by having a longer booking. Good location though
