Very convenient location in Santa Monica with 24/7 hours. Luggage is also stored in a locked closet.

The storage location is very safe. When you want to pick up your luggage, the clerk will check the information. The location is also very close to the third pedestrian zone, which is very convenient.

Highly recommended- fast, efficient, friendly and secure. Staff verified the bag tags on collection. Fantastic location.

Friendly staff that was quick with checking in our luggage and storing it in a locked room. Location is near the pier, stores, and more, so it's a great place to store luggage if you're spending the day in Santa Monica

Friendly and helpful staff! A very nice young lady assisted me and we had an excellent talk and her personality was amazing. I wish I got her name because she should be recognized! She even recommended a couple of places in the area for me and my boyfriend to try! My belongings were secure! Thank you all very much. I will definitely leave my luggage there again.

Next time I would like to stay at hosteling. The staff are very friendly.

The only issue was we had to rush back as the closing time was 5:00, maybe winter hours (not sure) extended hours like until maybe 7 would this a 110...

It was so easy to store my bags here. I just had to tell the front desk I’m there for bounce storage and once they saw my reservation they gave me tags to put on my bags so I could retrieve them later and even had a locked room for the bags. I felt very comfortable leaving my bags there. Also a great location right by the pier so I didn’t have to walk too far to grab my bags afterwards.

The location was great, perfect for shopping, and easy access to Santa Monica Pier. Also, communication was smooth, there was a room exclusively for luggage, and it was well managed, which was great! If you have a chance, please use us again next time.

It was also a gold advertisement for the hostel. I think about going there next time.

Arrived at 6am and stored items securely and quickly. Picked up at 4pm, it was even faster. Fantastic experience!

The staff was very, very friendly and attentive. They stored my luggage very well without any problems. I just wish they would put a sign saying that's where Bounce is.

Process was seamless, felt very confident bags were secure. The helpful staff even let us access the bags once during the day when we needed to swap sone things over.

It was great to have the opportunity to leave our items in a safe and secure location. Close to the beach and the hostel was easily accessible (no stairs) to use the service.
