This is near Santa Monica Pier, so we came straight from LAX, dropped our bags, and had a great convenient day. Didn’t take long to pull up booking or to checkout. They locked the bags in a back room

Great location and they keep your stuff in a room in the back of the store where only staff can access, so I felt comfortable leaving bags with valuables in them. Would use them again for sure!

Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. Bags were stored in a locked room out of sight. I popped back in to grab a jumper out of one of the bags, it was no problem for the staff here. Very professional, secure, would recommend for anyone wanting to store bags within walking distance to Santa Monica pier and beach. Also plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars in this area.

Though the directions were not too accurate, I had a great experience overall. The staff was super friendly, and I felt comfortable leaving my belongings in their hands. Upon returning, I took a look around their shop and found myself with a whole bunch of cool souvenirs thanks to the beautiful city of Santa Monica (insert 1k heart emojis).

Great this is just what I needed. I had a flight later at night and my wife and I needed to store our luggage for a couple of hours so we could enjoy the few hours that were left in LA. The employee was very helpful and the interface with the reservations were easy to use. It would have been nice to not have to use the reservation part online but the website was easy to use so I won't complain about it. It was the best 8 bucks I spent all vacation.
