Hotel not have enough staff to take care new check in guests and luggage storage at the sam time . We were waiting for 20 mins before the front desk lady had time to take care of us because people lining up for check in .

What a fantastic inexpensive service. One case in London cost £15 PER ITEM for only a few hours. Two cases here cost 12.90 CHF for 24 hours. Staff were friendly and very helpful, what a delight!!
