The staff was very accessible at all times, always very friendly.

We had a great experience using bounce for the first time.

Nice and friendly service.

It was wonderfully easy! The gentleman who runs the shop promptly replied to my in app message when we were running late. He had us place our bags in a back room, and they were right there when we got back a few hours later. The phone shop is right behind a bus stop, but the address number is clearly shown on the door. Then it was a quick walk to Little Havana for Cuban coffee and lunch. Yum!

The store is a little tricky to find but it’s because it’s behind a bus stop. The man is so sweet I felt very good about leaving my bags with him. Just a couple blocks to Calle ocho. Would highly recommend. Thank you!!
