They were slow. We booked it for 10am and we waited until 10:45 to be able to give them our luggage. They had customers coming in and they just kept taking them, and we sat there with so many bags just waiting. They knew were there for Bounce as well

Wonderful staff. Used them before my hotel stay and after my cruise to get extra beach time without my bags!! Steps away from the beach. Definitely would recommend them.

It was safe, I didn't miss anything.

First, nobody speaks English. Second, I lost my very little stub to get our luggage back. Good thing, the first time I dropped it, I took a picture. But the 2 ladies didn't want to accept it, nor would they even ask for other identification, since our bags have tags. Then we pointed at the lady that stored our luggages in the first place. She then acknowledged and only then did they release our 3 luggages and 1 bag. I understand they just want to be sure, but to just dismiss us, saying "I can't release without the stub." and turn away is rude and annoying. Just like that? What are they gonna do with our luggages? We have a plane to catch. Not gonna use this place again.

Great location. The service was a bit slow only because the Cafe was very busy.
