No identity check, suitcase left in the middle of the hotel reception area, and not at all welcoming...

Very useful but not very secure

My only concern was that my luggage was out in the open and not locked in a room away from other guests. Also, he simply placed a piece of paper on top of only one of my pieces of luggage.

Second time using the luggage storage service, it went well each time. The only small downside in my opinion: the luggage is not kept in lockers, but directly in the hotel lobby.

Check in/check out didn't go through the Bounce QR code so I had no way of knowing whether I was covered by the Bounce protection. The opening hours were indicating Closed on Bounce when I arrived - but the place was open as had been indicated to me the night before.

No id verification on collection, luggage store not locked

Very good in the immediate vicinity of St Roch station. The withdrawal went well, I was asked for my proof of deposit.

Very pleasant staff, can check the identity of the person who takes the luggage when it is handed over at the end of the day

Ok but no identity confirmation when collecting the luggage.

Everything went perfectly, the gentleman at the reception accompanied us to collect our luggage and ensure that we took ours (which he had identified at the drop-off). It's very reassuring and everything went well.

Service was fine, but bags weren’t locked away, simply left in the foyer of the hotel. Felt a bit dodgy
