A friendly store that stored my bags as I asked. They spoke limited English but once I showed them the app, they understood.

The experience was very good, we had nowhere to leave our suitcases since our plane left at 7:30 p.m. and in the end it was a great help to leave our suitcases there

The store was easy to find and the staff was helpful as we put our bags in their rear storage area. We returned several hours later and everything was safe and secure

Check out without problems but check in had issues. They did not want to accept the baggage at first because apparently the money charge was not in theirs side yet. They accepted until I got help from other customer who had to do as english translator who explained the charge was already done in my credit card.

Like other reviews mentioned, it was hard to find the store. It's not in the station and the app took us a bad route. Store was fine. Very busy with Oktoberfest, had to wait 10+ minutes and both ends but other than that was fine.

My app already said “checked in” before I even arrived, so there was no receipt or QR code to scan. This meant the man thought I hadn’t paid yet, and he kept trying to get me to pay additionally until I finally found my email receipt. From there, he just wrote the reservation code on a paper/didn’t take a picture of the bag, which freaked me out a little. All ended up well, but that was a rough start.

Finding the store was a bit tricky as the direction on the app / maps leads to an apartment building close-by. However we then walked slightly further down and saw the store name. Dropping off was easy and convenient. Would use again.
