Very convenient location within a very cute, unique store. Staff was very welcoming and quickly checked in our bags. When we picked up our bags they even remembered us!

I thought it was sketchy at first too but it was legit and we got our bags back fine we were out for like 10 hours!

We were skeptical at first, but based on the reviews and the fact that we had plenty of time before our flight, we gave it a try. Everything was really easy, we could have even left a small piece of luggage there. It seems strange to leave suitcases in a gyros shop, but the room was locked and we had our luggage straight away when we picked it up. We would do it again anytime!

You and your family were awesome to us!!! So helpful and accommodating. Not to mention your daughter gave me her mom’s meal she just made because we were hungry but in a rush!! I know where we will go on our next visit to Nashville! Thank you sooooo much!

Excellent place to store our bags

The woman working was so personable and helpful. Drop off and pick up was extremely easy and I felt my bag was very secure. I also recommend coming to the boutique even if you aren't storing luggage. I ended up shopping for awhile as there are so many fun and unique items!

It being in a gyro store is weird but the service is good.

First time using this app and it was so handy! Dropped our bags at the brewery, had a drink, and walked down to Broadway to explore while we waited for our airbnb to be ready. So convenient and fairly priced.

Should be clear about hours When we shoes up a bit early the place wasn’t open. Was worried whether they were going to open by the time we needed them to. They were polite and courteous but didn’t ask for any official communication for drop off or pick up. Maybe a bit more formal would have made us feel more secure.

Exceptional service from staff & belongings safely stored.

Luggage was just kept in kitchen cooking area, not locked up in secure place. Restaurant was dirty bathrooms were disgusting. They also have birds in a bird cage in the dining area.

It's a convenient location but I didn't think our bags were safe. When collecting we were directed to an open cupboard within the restaurant where lots of bags were stored. We were told to take what we wanted!

The store and employees were great, but using restaurants for these storage places is terrible. My luggage and backpack smelled like food! Took a long time to get the smell out. Annoying that you can't see what type of location it is until you've booked it.

Staff was nice and helpful. Received and delivered our bags promptly when dropping off and picking up. Issue was when picking up… noticed our bags that were stored - in a closet/room - was unlocked and the door was ajar… was glad I had all of our important travel documents on us, and not left in an open storage room.

It was very fast dropping off and picking up at this location.

They didn’t open at 10. We stood outside for over 10 minutes till someone from across the street in another restaurant opened the door. Felt very unsafe.
