Was a very brief and straightforward interaction on both ends of this transaction in a fairly upscale brewing company. Though I am no fan of the extra charge for 10k of insurance on my luggage worth about 100 bucks including contents and do not like the additional charge for unspecified “taxes and fees” this place is a winner and earned a small gratuity from me for their efforts.
