Very convenient location for a visit to the Empire State Building and check-in was very efficient. Other have mentioned the bus lanes on West 34th which may cause issues for some taxi drivers - there are signs saying they are enforced with cameras but this didn’t seem to bother the drivers we used. Great service overall, very convenient. Thank you!

The store is in a terrific location for visiting the Empire State Building. The only problem is that there is a bus lane on 34th that prevents the taxicab from pulling up to the curb in front of the store. So, it is difficult to get out of the cab because you are in the middle of the automobile traffic lane. Other than that, the experience was excellent.

Easy check in and really friendly staff

Took a little while to find the place because no name was on the store front. But found it by the address.

This is a great option if you need to leave your bags at someplace to know the city with all the extra weight. It was cery ease to find and to use. The people from the gift shop were friendly and helpful.

Check in was super quick and easy! Staff were great. Would do this again!
