Super easy luggage storage while we explored the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. They do store your luggage at a different site nearby, but were very quick to retrieve it when we came to pick up our bags.

This was our first time using Bounce. The staff at Bob & Betty's explained the process well. Both drop off and pick up employees were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the store had everything we needed for basic provisions for our airbnb, including many gluten-free items, so it was a convenient place for us to shop as well. Would definitely recommend if you're traveling in the area - for luggage storage and for basic provisions.
