Luggage storage Central Station

Initially the store didn't know what Bounce Luggage was which concerned me about leaving it. However, once they knew what it was the experience was each and convenient.

Not open till 3am as advertised

On arrival was told there wasn’t room to drop off our bags, asked why we could book and pay for it but he wasn’t accepting and amazingly there was a space to fit 3 cabin bags.

Staff were not very friendly probably on the account they could speak English. Really concerned that my bag was placed in the back storage room and not in a secure place. Luckily my bag was not rifled but won’t be using again.

The guy at the store didn't instil confidence so I made sure I had a picture of him with my ticket stub! When I returned to pick up my rucksack there was another customer picking up 2 bags. It looked like all the bags had simply been thrown in his back room. I'm just pleased I didn't have anything breakable in mine. I wouldn't use this store again nor recommend it.

No problems whatsoever. Easy in, easy out.

Very close to Newcastle rail station (and not up or down a hill, which is nice!). All worked as it was supposed to and the staff were helpful and knew what they were doing.
