I didn’t really feel welcome to the location, the staff didn’t seem to care about the whole service they’re providing. Bags were poorly stored.

Simple and efficient. Opens at 9am, other depots opened later.

Service could be more friendly. I did not feel welcome. However everything worked out with our luggage thats why the 3 points

The one thing I would say could be improved would be putting the bags somewhere a little more secure that couldn’t be seen from outside

Suitcase was being held or waiting in the main area, in clear view, although the staff was present I would prefer it be in a room off the main area and out of view.

owner was confused as to how to check us in/scan my code but service was good beyond that.

The person handling the luggage was not always present where the luggage were kept and there was no lock system for ensuring the luggage safety.
