After entering the cafe, the luggage storage area is not very clear and at first I didn't know what to do with my suitcase.

There is no control over bags or suitcases that are left or removed. This gives a feeling of insecurity. The staff was also not friendly.

No check in, no pics. It's all self service. It's not safe at all. By the time I left I could have taken three more bags if I wanted.

Very easy to use, dropoff and pickup took only a couple of minutes. No oversight of bag collection at all - our luggage tag stubs weren't checked and we weren't supervised in the luggage room, so someone could have walked in and opened or taken anyone's luggage. Nothing of ours was taken though.

This was the only time we've used Bounce where there was no QR check in for the store or security measures in place to ensure the correct baggage is claimed. Otherwise easy to find storage location.
