Great staff, great experience. Quick, easy and accessible. Would definitely use again.

Everything was great and the bags were dropped off and retrieved without issue, but it is just a bit concerning that the bags are not locked up, they are just placed in the store. It’s very much possible that anyone could come in and take a bag if the store owner isn’t looking for even a second.

Although we couldn't communicate because we didn't know how to speak French, the hostess was very friendly.

Just go to the store they tell you about and it’s super easy, the staff at the shop know all about it and it was super quick!!

Very helpful location near the train station, before the old city. Inside of a tourist trinkets store. Nice woman. Bags are just stored inside the store which was fine but not extremely secure if you extra concerned. Great thing to use though!

No sign on the street, hard to find

Took a while to find the place as didn't realise you could choose and there were a couple of locations to drop. The lady in the shop was friendly and took the bags off us once she scanned our ticket. Was a little concerned that they were stored in an open corner of the shop, but everything was still there when we returned to pick up. Again, prompt and friendly service on pick up.

We did the TNR and stored a bike bag for 12 days at Sublime. It was stored in the corner of the shop. The space is accessible to customers, but the shopkeeper was there supervising. We did not have any problems at all and would use Sublime again!

The lady who helped us when we were picking up our bags was rude. Everything else was good including the drop off staff.
