Fast, practical and safe.

They leave the suitcases/backpacks piled up in the reception area. Ours were next to the hallway leading to the rooms, where people can sit or walk around and do whatever they want with them, while the person in charge is sitting behind the counter, where he can't see them directly. I don't find it logical to pay for a service like that. At the very least, they should keep them in some kind of room where people outside the establishment can't access them.
