Great experience. When we first booked, we were worried because it was listed as a "souvenir shop." But it was easier, faster, and more clear than some hotels. Shop owner is friendly and meticulous. He took pictures of all our bags and when we went to collect, was very careful about lining up each bag with the #. Great experience. No wonder this location has good reviews!

My mother was pickpocketed just a block from the store when we left today, they took her phone. Maybe good to warn other customers to be extra careful and not keep things in their pockets. Thank you for everything, it was a great service.

When initially booking, I was concerned about leaving my bags at a "souvenier shop." Those concerns were quickly allayed by the professional service we received that morning. The owner took pictures of our bags and gave us luggage tags. Pick-up was quick and easy.

The description of the store owner was ok, the mobile application is not doing a great job showing to the user the instructions from the owner store. We were a couple of minutes trying to figure out where the store was

Although we arrived several minutes early to drop off our luggage, there was no problem from the staff, who were very friendly and attentive. And, when it came time to pick up the luggage, we were a little late from the scheduled time but there was no problem. The luggage, well taken care of. Just as we left it, so we picked it up. For future trips to Paris, I will not hesitate to use their services again.
