I had booked a tour that started right outside the hotel. So it was a great solution also because it is located in front of the train station.

Very helpful, friendly and efficient . We were also able to get a cup of coffee .

Great location nearby the station. Fast service.

We went on a tour and were picked up outside NH Parma. We didn’t actually stay at the hotel but had to check out of our AirBnB before the tour. It was so convenient to store our luggage and then grab it after the tour and walk straight to our train to Milan.

It would be more convenient to apply an hourly rate.

Smiling and efficient

It's perfect. Just a bit difficult to find NH Parma hotel. But afterward it’s very convenient to take the train. It is very good. Just a little hard to find NH Parma. But then very practical for taking the train

Great service, very helpfull and friendly staff. Our main problem was with Google Maps. Wanted to take us on a 15 minute route, when NH Hotel is only 5 min away from platform 1, when you get proper directions. My advice is go down to -2 level where the road\ busses are, walk inside, effectively, under the tracks to the end of the building. Look up and out slightly to your right and you will see the NH sign on the building across the road. Simple from their. Staff gave us advice for walking into city centre to have a quick look around between trains.
