Great hotel fantastic staff top location

The staff is efficient and welcoming. The Novotel is directly next to the train station, very convenient.

The person helping us was amazing. We didnt’ know about Bounce but she showed us and helped us with all the steps. The other staff also helped us with a map. Woudl happily stay at that hotel and use this service in the future.

Registration process etc but I thought that with passport and credit card it would be enough, thanks to the hotel's wi-fi and the help of the staff quite easy, I was able to enjoy my day

Really professional and secure. Each bag was tagged and pink number checked on drop off and pick up and bedroom all, there was a bathroom available for you to use. Highly recommend.
