Super friendly staff, easy to pick up/drop off, ok price.

Very friendly staff member! Great location near one of the main train stations.

The person working the counter was very friendly. Signed in our luggage quickly and we were able to more easily run around town. She recognized us when we came back to pick our luggage up.

Everything ok

She has bags too accessible, one single step inside, not up to Bounce's security standard of keeping secure.

The attendant at this location was very professional. I’ll recommend this location to anyone needing this temporary storage service.

I took them a few minutes to find our reservation, but after that everything went smoothly and they were friendly.

The only thing that I didn't like is that my bags were on the floor where I left them and not in a secure site.

Lisa was wonderful and welcoming- she warmly invited me in as she was opening for the day, gave me a breakfast recommendation in the neighborhood, and showed me a shortcut to the train station when I came to pick up my bags! This was such a great experience thanks to her, and it made my layover in Philadelphia pleasant and fun. Thank you so much my friend!
