The location is very central and the ticket offices are secluded and closed.

The service by the person at reception was very nice, I strongly believe that there should be a receipt service for picking up bags because they do not require proof only locker number.

5* Arrived in Prague at 10:30am and couldn’t check into my Airbnb until after 3pm, this made things really handy and everything is safe and secured in a lockup. Helpful and friendly staff
