I used this location twice during my trip to SF. Location is really convenient, and the staff are very friendly and pleasant. This is a hotel and they store the luggage in a separate secure area, which is great. Obviously I’m very happy to use this location. The surrounding area is a bit gritty though, and as other reviews said you’ve got to bring your luggage up a flight of stairs.

Really convenient location beside the BART Station and very friendly and efficient service. Would recommend. Just need to be mindful of having to go up a flight of stairs as there is no elevator.

Good experience. They open early and stay open late. Didn’t know bounce existed until San Francisco and grateful that we didn’t have to carry our luggages around.

Staff were friendly and responsive. I picked up my bag at 11:07, technically after they closed.

At first was a little bit hard to find, since the hotel front is just a caged door and we weren't sure if this was the right place. A Bounce sticker on the entry would be helpful! Otherwise a great experience, the hotel staff was super friendly and our luggage was safe in a personnel only room. Would recommend!
