This will be the fourth or fifth time I come to Ruben’s Century located awesome staff great food great service open 24 hours Security always looking over your stuff. Honestly, I was really surprised that they also do luggage carriage and it made my trip so much easier.

Easy drop off and fast service

Put the bags in a more secure location next time, instead of the corner of the room

It said it would be open but the store was closed. They changed their hours and not updated in the app

While I appreciated the friendly/casual staff, I wanted 1) for my bags to be kept somewhere more secluded than in the corner of a busy restaurant and 2) that when I picked up my bags somebody checked to make sure I had the correct ones. Safety is a big deal when choosing locations to leave your bags, and with a new location (or at least some kind of visual barrier) and a little bit of staff training, I think this could be a very good place, but my experience was extremely concerning.

Easy to check in and checkout at Ruben Cafe Condado with no problem. We came two hours later than our checkout time but they gave us no hassle whatsoever. Would definitely use again if in the Condado / San Juan area.

Great location, friendly staff.

Luggage feel unsafe just in the ground at a restaurant. No security measures. No where outside does it say they offer the service. We had already been here a previous night and didn’t notice it.

The store should verify that customer are retrieving the same bags that they checked in. I was able to take my bag without anyone checking it was actually mine.
