Very friendly staff person!

The front desk so nice here.

Check in and out was fast, without any problems. I left two large suitcases for two whole days and everything was great! When I picked them up, they checked that the numbers I had were the same as the suitcases. The only "bad" thing is that I had to check out manually with support because the place didn't do it for me.

Both check in and check out staff were helpful and super friendly. Would highly recommend Casa Wilson Inn to store your luggage.

Bag checking was very affordable and spacious enough for small to large luggage’s. The Casa Wilson was in walking distance from my air bnb in the heart of Condado which made my last day smooth. I had early check out and a late flight they close at 10:00 so it was perfect. Greatly appreciate the service.

It’s been months but I just realized I never left a review… the staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing. I missed my flight and was stuck in PR alll day without a place to stay until my flight at midnight. When I dropped my luggage off so I wouldn’t have to carry it anywhere the kid working told us he’d give us towels/soap to rinse off in the shower outside. They let us sit in the waiting room for a few hours while we figured everything out. Extremely grateful and on my next visit, I will make it a point to actually stay at Casa Wilson

Really great, was worrying about having the day in Puerto Rico after a cruise with all the cases and a late flight. We’re plenty good reviews so gave it a go. Really easy drop off, friendly service and easy pick up. Would be better if they tagged each item for security, but would defo use again. Thanks

Great place to leave your luggage in the mean time while you wait for check in or if you have time before a flight. Even though they close at 8 there is always someone there so you have 24 hour access to your belongings and can pick up at any time.

My husband and I are very pleased to have found this place to hold our luggages. We were able to take advantage to explore the island with the few hours we had left in Santurce with no worries. The location was both easy to find and the service provided was much needed after an early AirBnB checkout and late departure from San Juan. The owners of the location were very nice and we felt safe dropping our luggage off.

Super friendly staff and easy drop off

Although, the name la Placita storage spot made it a little confusing as I thought it was actually in the Placita the experience was great. It was about 5 minutes from the Placita. My family and I dropped off the bags. We returned to pick them up once we were ready to go to the airport. It was very convenient and easy.

Very helpful staff and super convenient for me and my friend who could not check into our airbnb until 3pm and we arrived at 5am. We had to wait until they opened at 9am but once we dropped off the luggage we were able to explore San Juan.
