Amazing experience! Location is right across from the cruise pier. Staff were ready to check us in right away & they even arranged taxi service to the airport for when we picked up our bags. Five stars for sure—have already recommended to fellow cruisers!

It was crazy because everybody was coming off the cruise at the same time, but the staff was amazing and friendly. I felt my luggage was secure and pick up was easy and fast. I would definitely use this location again.

Luggage is sitting in the open where anyone could take it. I saw people come in and grab luggage without checking in with the person behind the desk.

When we came back at the end of the day to retrieve our bags, the doors of the shop were open and there was no one inside. The bags were left totally unmonitored. We just grabbed our bags and left. We could have taken anyone's bags. Super unsafe!

This was a very convenient service that our cruise line told us about. It was great to be able to store our bags for a while since we wanted to tour Old San Juan for a bit before heading to the airport as our flight wasn’t scheduled until 5:30pm. And the location was very close to the cruise port. I definitely recommend this service.

The site moved and the location information was inaccurate from the service and on Google. They had turned away 3 other parties from our group saying they were full, yet we had to wait almost 30 minutes to check in since they were checking in 2 parties without reservation. It was a relatively short period to use your service, but we wasted a lot of time finding and then waiting to check in.
