Game changer

Staff was great, and was available early for us to drop off and enjoy the day! Convenient and easy to find location as well was a plus

The first store we selected did not open when it says they would. We cancelled that booking and made one for the Casablanca Hotel location. The staff was friendly and helpful even though the code was not showing up for me. It was great to explore Old San Juan without worrying about our luggage.

Super easy process!

Such a great option to hold my bags after checking out of my hostel at 11 and not leaving until 2:30. The staff was so kind and it was a smooth process. I so appreciate having this option so close to where I was staying so I could explore Old San Juan for a few more hours instead of going to the airport super early.

The young woman who was at the front desk at Casablanca on Saturday, April 20 was super friendly, funny and very fast and efficient - Both when we dropped off in the morning and when we picked up in the afternoon. Wonderful.

I left a sweater at the hotel, and they even helped coordinate shipping it back to me! The best service!!

Very easy way to store one's luggage prior to going to the airport as luggage cannot be checked in prior to 4 hour flight time.

This was our first time with bounce. This facility is located inside hotel Casablanca. It's very easy to operate. You buy the package online and leave the bags with the person at the front desk. She was really helpful and made us comfortable with the entire process
