Game changer

Staff was great, and was available early for us to drop off and enjoy the day! Convenient and easy to find location as well was a plus

We loved being able to drop off our bags so we didn’t have to carry them with us. Such a great service. When we walked into the hotel the lady at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge us, I asked questions when she finally did and she was not helpful at all. Not friendly either. So great service but, the front desk wasn’t helpful or friendly at all.

The first store we selected did not open when it says they would. We cancelled that booking and made one for the Casablanca Hotel location. The staff was friendly and helpful even though the code was not showing up for me. It was great to explore Old San Juan without worrying about our luggage.

The price is a little high

This was a great spot in old San Juan. The first place I reserved didn’t open when stated and I found the Hotel Casablanca to be a better choice.

They were very helpful

The bounce app and website are HORRIBLE, not one UX designer ever looked at either one. Thankfully, the staff at the hotel were great, and helpful, and what a super cute hotel!

Bounce was so easy to store my luggage and it is in a convenient location that you can walk to and explore while waiting for your destination point.

Super easy process!

Such a great option to hold my bags after checking out of my hostel at 11 and not leaving until 2:30. The staff was so kind and it was a smooth process. I so appreciate having this option so close to where I was staying so I could explore Old San Juan for a few more hours instead of going to the airport super early.
