Luggage storage Viejo San Juan

Upon arrival it seemed that the bags were an inconvenience, or they had never had someone actually leave bags. Lot's of blank stares. Had to wait to find someone who could take them and then they were placed under the stairs and thankfully locked up. We ended up picking the bags up early as they told us they were closing 30minutes after we were due to pick the bags up and we were worried that they might forget the bags and shut early if they didn't have customers. To be fair it was thanksgiving.

Second time using bounce services I really liked this place due to them storing luggage’s behind a locked gate provided extra security. I was able to drop my bags off easily then souvenir shop and grabbed food all within a 5-6 minute walk all before my flight truly enjoyed.

There was no indication on the app that the location was a pharmacy, that was a bit confusing for this first time Bounce user. Even a simple Bounce sticker on the door would’ve been helpful. All in all, it was a good experience and I would use again.

First time using Bounce. Referred by airb&b. 6 in my family walked to the facility. We didnt know an online reservation was required. When we asked the staff if we were able to store our bags, she (at the drugstore counter) was condescending and scolded us "you mean you didn't make a reservation?" No, we didn't know we needed to reserve online. She said "well then....I'm going to see if we have ANY room for you...we may not...." she then looked on her phone and said "okay...I GUESS we can accommodate you, you are lucky we have room for you". The scan and payment process was easy and she pulled it right up on her phone. She just made us feel she did us a HUGE favor allowing us to pay for the baggage storage and acted somewhat annoyed to help us...and...who knows....maybe she doesnt work for you and DID go out of her way. She was at the check out counter of the drugstore. I would check for other options next time rather than deal with this. Our luggage pick up was great though. I didn't see that staff person at pick up and that part went smoothly.
