Fast and easy customer service!

Chill spot to drop the bags with great access to downtown. They have a secure staff closet where they stash the bags. Two little 4 step stair flights to get up but they were no worries. The guy was laid back and helpful.

The person who helped us was unfriendly and the 3 sets of stairs one has to go up to store area does make it easy with luggage.

Attendant was 20” late which made us late for appointment. Did offer neither explanation nor apology.

It was very clean space. Storage was in a back room so out of view from others. It worked well for us.

Great and simple. Only reason not 5 starts is that the address posted is technically next door to the location. Not the location itself.

Ridiculously easy process and very convenient, especially when finishing your cruise and you still have time to explore Seattle.
