Very secure storage. Friendly.

Early check in, late check out. Had a late flight this was a great way to be able to kill some time without hauling luggage.

Easy to find this location and our luggage was just as we left them!

Super easy to find, check in, and check out. Very convenient location as well! Bags are stored behind the counter of a convenience store with the clerks, so always being watched. Would definitely store bags with them again!

Super simple procedure. Paid on line. Showed the cashier a pike grocery, he wrote my name on a piece of paper and stuck it to my bag . Hid my bag under a counter and whe i picked up the bag i showed him my i.d and he gave me my bag back.

It’s storage behind the counter of a corner grocery store, but it’s manned the whole time and the people were pretty nice

Really great service honestly. I arrived to Seattle from NYC at 10am and couldn’t check in to my accommodations until 2pm. I dropped off my bags and was able to explore the city without lugging around everything.

Great little corner store near out hotel. Nice staff and everything went smoothly… even our fast (and early) pick up.

Very friendly store! It was so nice to have this option checking out of the hotel and still having 8 hours until our flight.

Quite close to the convention center- just be prepared for a bit of a hill. Easy drop off and pick up

Very easy process, bags stored out of sight and they were quite prompt in the intake and the pickup process.

The storage was actually at the grocery store next to the Convention Center (not inside the Center). The staff was friendly and very helpful! The hours are also great.

Easy to use and drop off bags.

Great location, had a little confusion with a new clerk but Bounce support came to the rescue and everything went smoothly once the clerk was updated on process.
