We had a smooth experience getting our luggage checked in at The Clarke Quay Hotel. The staff who assisted us upon check-in was very friendly, and so was the other staff who assisted us upon check-out. Really happy with the service we got. So easy and no hassle at all. A quick 10 mins stroll after checkout to Raffles Place MRT via the lovely Boat Quay to get on to the east west line to Changi Airport with no hassle.

The staff is so friendly. He even helped me to carry the bag to locker storage and sent it back when we checked out. The store is located near the bus station which makes it easy to drop & collect the item. Recommended.

Great service, since I had a laptop in my luggage I could leave it with the receptionist.

The hotel door closes at 8PM and it requires the card to get in. Fortunately the male staff was around and he helped us open the door. Also make sure to get the sticker (ticket) to get back your luggage later. This is a good service and the hotel is pretty secure too. I would use their service again.

Check in and check out process is very fast and easy. The hotel clerks are very nice and helpful. Thank you so much for the excellent service.
