It is a small convenience store with friendly staff who can speak Chinese. It is very convenient to deposit and pick up. You can pay with credit cards directly when shopping in the convenience store, which is great. Since I only stayed there for a short time, I didn't exchange new currency.

Everything went perfectly. The staff were very friendly and professional, and we felt comfortable and secure by leaving the luggage there.

The UMart is open 24 hours and is close to our hotel. We did have difficulty finding it though. It was listed under another name. We walked around for a while, then finally saw a sticker on the Umart window.

We accidentally chose too many bags & the staff helped me fix the issue. Fyi the Google ad for Bounce in this location should explicitly say it’s in the U Mart

The staff was very nice to us! He even let me use their staff restroom as I needed to change clothes. They were also open by the time we came in (5:30AM). Our luggages were safe and we didn’t have to worry about lugging it around everywhere. It was also conveniently close to the Arab Street which is another attraction. Apart from that, it was also near the bus station (Golden Mile Tower) where we had to ride our bus gping back to Malaysia. Will definitely do this again!

Great service, 1 mistakingly booked only 1 spot for my luggage instead of 2 but the guy at the counter was kind enough to accept both without extra charges. Easy check in with app and store open 24 hours too, super convenient 👍
