Would be great to have more security for the bags (closed room)

More visible than there is bounce in the window and the suitcases were in full view of all passers-by, in front of the office, not even behind the counter, anyone could have entered and taken them.

The store was closed when we arrived and no one answered the posted phone number. It made us late for an excursion we had paid for and also made us incur the more expensive travel option of having to take a taxi versus our planned option of a public bus.
