Luggage storage Near Bernina Red Train Station

Great location just couple meters outside railway station. Friendly staff. Very easy checking in/out.

No signage outside the store to advertise partnership with Bounce or luggage storage service. Staff were unfriendly and seemed reluctant to help as their primary business is a restaurant so they were serving other customers first and we were left standing there waiting at the counter with no acknowledgment. The check in and out of luggage was ok though once we found the right place and were eventually served by staff.

Staff were very organised with checks of our booking and bag tickets.

Bounce location on Google is not same as the restaurant

The staff did not know how to operate and they dumped the luggage in the kitchen. No Safety or security.

The place is a few meters from Tirano station. The only downside is that you have to carry your suitcase up 5 or 6 steps at the entrance. The rest is perfect.

The address is displayed incorrectly on Google Maps!!! None of the neighboring businesses we asked knew the house number. Simply write the hotel/restaurant name much larger and more clearly on the booking confirmation.

The restaurant where we stored our luggage is located in front of the train station, so it is very easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and they even gave us a discount for eating there. Excellent service.
