Super easy check in and check out, the staff was very kind and the service was all over super convenient. The shop is located very close to Shibuya station making it really practical!

location is on the second floor of a city building. You have to take luggage up a few stairs and then there is an elevator, good for storage, safe and keep was very responsive on messaging through the Bounce app. Would use again, all 7 of our suitcases were kept safe.
