Easy to find souvenir shop and helpful staff

All ok, the staff speaks little. it was easy to find the shop and the opening hours are good

It was a bit Dodgy….what i mean is that you would not immediately guess that this is a place where you can store your luggage. And no idea what happened with my bag…..so a little more guidance would be helpfull.

The staff seemed to be a little confused by the process and ended up writing our info down on a piece of paper. Still, we got our bags back all intact 😁

Souvenir and food shop, poor communication. Nothing to do with a luggage storage. Undoubtedly convenient location. It can be improved.

Excellent location. Distrustful staff (he wanted to check the PayPal receipt) and unprofessional (I asked to take photos of the luggage as requested by the app and he told me it wasn't necessary. Bah)

Everything went well but as the other reviews said, it's not necessarily easy to find the place because the GPS point does not correspond. You have to go to the souvenir store

Bags kept on shop floor at first until we asked if they will be moved to a more secure location. The man who worked in the store did not appear happy about this however moved the bags to a cupboard on the shop floor. We did not feel at ease that our bags were safe until we collected them.
