There should be a clear disclaimer that bag drop off includes walking up and down stairs with your luggage.

This was a super helpful service for us!

There is a long flight of stairs you need to go up to get to the bag drop off desk. There is no lift provided in the immediate front entrance area for this. The young girl on the desk upstairs was friendly and helpful. She provided us access to a private lift to bring our bags up.

Highly recommend. Will use this location again.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Very easy process booking and dropping off/ collecting. Felt very comfortable leaving my luggage with them and would use again if staying in the area.

Had to carry luggage up long flight of stairs to check in & out. This detail should be included in posting - not everyone has the physical capability to do this. Also, clerk at check in was confused by booking codes & 4-digit number on passes. Did not instill confidence.

Tricky location to find if you’re learning how to use Bounce, but very friendly place. Helped me right away and made it very easy to drop and go and pick up and go.

Staff was well informed and made this seamless and easy to drop off luggage.

Helpful and polite. Explained what we didn’t know (read that as we’d assumed wrong) in a lovely way and made us feel very comfortable about leaving our worldly possessions for a few hours. Great folk!
