Mark was great. This is a barber shop on L St. Easily accessible from McPherson Station on the Metro along with transfer to Bus 52/54 if you want to avoid the walk (which we did due to extreme heat). No issue to extend our storage time as our White House tour was delayed. This is a great option to store bags as WH tours do not allow bags

1st time using Bounce, so wasn't sure what to expect. Great location close to Metro, Great service it was very easy. Friendly staff

No lockers and no security. Bags are placed right next to the outside doorway and would be easy to steal. Different customers bags were placed on top of one another and there was no oversight. Could have stolen anyone’s bag

The bags were kept in a pile next to the door, which didn't feel secure. It is a working barber shop, so there was water and hair on the floor where I had to put my bags. The staff was helpful and friendly

I had used Bounce before and been happy with the service. Today when I arrived at the address (barber shop) the guy told me to put my bag on the floor just inside the front door. I asked if he was going to give me a ticket and he said no. He only looked at my booking because I offered it. I assumed he would put the bag out back in a safe place. When I arrived back for my bag 6 hours later the bag was still in the exact same spot just inside the front door of the shop. Anyone could have taken it. I was shocked. I grabbed the bag, and noone questioned me or checked it was actually mine. I am very lucky it was not stolen. This is not an adequate service.

They were so awesomely friendly and helpful - even gave us a perfect recommendation for a lunch spot! Will definitely come back and maybe next time even plan for a great haircut!

No check in or out process and bags stored right at the front of the store. When we arrived the one person there barely acknowledged us. We could have taken anyone's bags. Our bags were there when we picked up but store at your own risk.

It was hard to find just

The suitcases were left close to the entrance in the front part of the hairdresser's shop and it made us a little bit scared, but they were under employees' observation and finally, everything was OK.

Staff was lovely and kind, the process was very easy.

Convenient location, very nice people, all of our stuff was exactly as we left it. Overall had a great experience.

Owner and employees were very friendly. They may look suspicious but they have better intentions than to rummage through your bag!
