Pick up was perfect, dealt with a lovely helpful lady. Drop off however was not. A different woman was outside vaping with a friend blocking the intercom. She wouldn’t let me inside or even into the doorway to get out of the heavy rain while I got my phone out for the drop off details. I’d no idea if she was actually staff at this point.
Her friend left and she simply came closer to the pavement so I was back on the street. Then she pulled up the app and I at least knew she was staff! She took my rucksack, no photo taken as I’ve had done before and she turned away. That was it.
I was unimpressed then.
When I arrived to collect my bag I was shown downstairs by the lady with manners to the locked storage room - it was empty. Turns out the first woman just left my rucksack in a corner by reception. Had I known it wouldn’t be secure and on display like that - that’s not what’s advertised or what I paid for - I would have gone elsewhere. Very disappointed by it
