The location is just a few minutes away from Hakata station. The whole process was smooth. Highly recommended.
Like the other comments, the stairs are rather steep but convenient to the station and lovely staff
we stored our luggage with Nestor for 4 days while we did the Inca trail and it worked out perfectly. He was friendly and professional and drop-off/pick-up was easy.
The location is top notch and very near (exit 1b) and elevator accessible.
Very nice staff was hard to find besides that was great
