Appreciate the staff was there ready to receive and return my bag. Also, needed to place something inside the bag the day after dropping off and they readily accommodated this.

I had no issues storing my bags overnight. Friendly host and the bags are stored in a separate room.
The service was exactly what we expected. The store staff simply scanned our QR code and accepted our two backpacks. The staff made sure to remind us of the closing time at 6 pm and they wished us a good day.
I can’t overstate the superior travel experience of spending a day in Chiang Mai without carrying our heavy backpacks. It gave us the peace of mind to be able to enjoy the day without keeping one eye on our backpacks.
Also location is very nice when you stay in the old town !
