We were thrilled by the staff member running things, especially because I could not use the entrance listed in this app due to a mobility aid. He made sure I was still able to drop off and pick up our bags despite this, and was so kind when we were late due to getting lost
This was my first time using Bounce and I was a bit uneasy. However the experience was smooth and super simple. Plus the owner of the store is incredibly kind and we had a nice chat. Would use again!
