Curtiss Mansion, situated at the northern edge of Miami International Airport, is a historical landmark that’s been around since 1925. If you want to tour inside this beautiful building, you’ll have to make arrangements in advance, or you can just admire it from the outside. The mansion is often used as an event space.
If you’ve got a few hours to spare, why not play a round of golf at Miami Springs Golf & Country Club? Situated a short distance from the airport close to Curtiss Mansion, this large greenspace has a great golf course and a restaurant that serves fantastic food.
Route: Begin by taking the MIA Mover train from the Miami International Airport train station to the Miami Intermodal Center, then transfer onto the Orange Line metro and hop off at the Government Center in Downtown Miami. This should take a bit over half an hour.
