Miradouro do Suberco luggage storage

As I was walking along the street after finding the store, the staff member immediately called out to me. He was very kind and had a lovely smile. I was grateful that he was able to store my luggage for me. Thank you very much.

A little hard to identify from the street. A small Bounce logo in a front window would help customers, especially as the translated address given to us did not exactly match.

Provide some form of paper confirmation to the customers who drop off luggage at the hotel. Honor system is nice, but unfortunately does not inspire confidence or merchant accountability.

The screen was only in Portuguese so I made a keystroke mistake that gave me trouble. The technical support was excellent, everything is sorted.
