LOVE this one. There's a Citi Bike dock LITERALLY outside the front door. Very clear "Luggage" sign in the back of the store, and they use a check claim tag system to make sure you get the right bag. They checked my QR code both on dropoff and pickup. Large, clean touristy store. About as good of an experience as it gets on Bounce!

Great as promised

The staff was very friendly and patient. I had to take something out and put stuff in my bag and he was waiting for me to finish and even gave me a bag to put my sweaty cardigan in. The luggage was kept in a separate room, and the staff brings your bag out for you do not everyone can just go and grab your stuff. Would definitely be booking with then again🙌
